The indicated price applies to 4 persons, for each additional person there will be charged an extra of: Casa Nascente e Casa Sul » 7€ per night | Casa Poente » 10€ per night.

Early-bookers and guests who repeat their holidays in our houses, will benefit from a 5% disccount.

All the houses are equiped with solar electric panels for water heating. The electricity consumption is included. All the houses have WIFI free of charge. In case of a prolonged stay of at least 4 weeks, special conditions can be established.

Towels and bedding are provided. There are no beach towels. We provide sunshades and beach toys.

The reservation will be definite when we receive 50% of the total amount of the stay in our bank account (the bank account number will be provided when requested). Please contact us to confirm if the house is still avaialable.
