The prices are valid for 2 adults and for familys with up to two children. Otherwise we charge an extra 10€ per night for each additional adult. The same applies for more than 2 children. It is possible to make special arrangements for stays that are longer than 4 weeks.

From the 1st of May til the 30th of September the prices include energy costs. From the 1st of November til the 30th of April we charge an additional energy fee of 2€ per day for the heating with electricity or wood. The water is heated through solar panels and a gas heater.

The reservation is valid upon registration and payment of a 30% deposit to our german or portuguese bank account.

All houses are fully equiped with free WIFI.

Early bookers and frequent guests recieve a 5% disccount.

Towels and linnen are available at no additional costs, same applies to a baby bed and baby chair. Beachtowels have to be brought.
